Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Michelle graduated from Haverford College in 2020 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a focus in environmental chemistry and economic policy. While at Haverford, she grew a great interest in working for environmental organizations working to find equitable solutions to the climate crisis. Shortly after graduation, she joined CEP as an Intern and Program Assistant working to educate and turn out environmental voters in Kansas for the 2020 Primary & General Elections. Michelle created infographics and helped manage CEP's communications and social media.
